Couldn't ask for anything more. I am split between wanting to tell you to advertise for all makes/models more (since I've seen the Autotech sign but didn't think of your place when I had a problem)... and keeping your place a secret and all to myself and the people that already know. I don't want you to get swamped with stupid customers, making it miserable for your techs. Selfish, I know, but true. Course if you get more business the other places will have to step up their game! Seriously now, I'm shocked to find a place that cared to to "get it right" like my grandfather would have expected. Almost NO OTHER SHOP in town has techs that can look me in the eye when telling me the diagnosis and price. It always feels shady, and incomplete. I didn't know a shop like yours still existed. Thanks again and I'll be back...Erik

WOW!!! AWESOME AUTO!!! (slave2save)
We have been patrons of this location for several years now. The employees are genuinely happy to be working there and their service is always impeccable, on time, and guaranteed. They go above and beyond in many areas, and their workmen are always clean, presentable, well-spoken, and HONEST!!! My husband does basic maintenance on the cars himself, and not once have they tried to upsell us anything or say something was bad when it had just been replaced (we have had that happen MANY times before). Thanks, Auto Tech! You are great! (wow, did I just give away the best secret or what....?)

Honest & reliable (wildecat)
We've taken our vehicles to Auto Tech for close to 5 yrs. After getting the run around elsewhere, Auto Tech was honest and straight forward with me. No unnecessary work is pushed on us. The work is done well, and the follow-up is awesome.

i've been to them twice so far and found them to be very helpful, honest, good mechanics, didn't over charge or try to tell me i needed something that i didn't. i plan on using them when i need my car worked on.

Like having a brother in the auto repair business (flutterbi)
Auto Tech on Tropicana is just the best. The manager, Tom, makes you feel completely taken care of, truly like having a relative behind the counter. As a girl it's often uncomfortable to have trouble with your car, how can you know they're not taking advantage of you? Not at Auto Tech. My Check Engine light was on. Uh oh, that could be bad. They took one look at it and told me my gas cap wasn't on tight. No charge. And I love that they do everything, I don't need to go to another place for brakes or transmission, they do it all. I've referred several people to Auto Tech and they've all had nothing but good experiences. Nice, friendly people you can trust and mechanics that know what they're doing, it doesn't get better than that!

NEW ENGINE (lvcarter)
My truck was bucking like a wild mustang. Auto Tech BUFFALO diagnosed the problem and completely rebuilt my engine in 4 days. She purrs like a kitten now. Thanks Auto Tech Buffalo

It is indeed, such a great relief, knowing that when there is a problem of any kind with my car, I can take it to Auto Tech Tropicana and I will be treated like a member of the family. Don't try to improve, guys, you are already the best there is. Thanks for your integrity and expertise.
